"I like this product. I have managed to break three of the traditional type garlic crushers. This works very well although it isnt ideal for anybody lacking strength in their wrists as you do need to press down hard. I find its easier to remove the skin first (but not essential) and the crushed garlic gathers on the side of the crusher.
